The hotel is situated close to everything in the Smoky Mountains and is very convenient for exploring. The rooms offer spectacular views and a surprisingly comfy bed, although the price could be more budget-friendly. The service, while excellent, could include laundry facilities. Dining includes fresh croissants at breakfast, making the experience delightful, and the location is perfect for those wanting to be very close to downtown and the casino.

I can't believe how close this hotel was to the festival! The rooms were great with comfy beds and nice views, but the lack of a restaurant caught me off guard. The service was excellent, especially with quick laundry service. The hotel is right near the casino, making it super convenient. The included dining was delicious, especially the grilled salmon.
